The responsibilities include:

• Driving and optimizing the value of the supply chain with a focus on long-term resilience and proactive monitoring of market dynamics and price changes.
• Establishing structured processes for Supplier Relationship Management and identifying and qualifying new suppliers in close collaboration with the technology and quality teams.
• Developing the supplier portfolio with a focus on balancing the highest possible quality and delivery precision against optimal total cost (TCO).
• Leading complex requests for proposals (RFQ) and being responsible for the entire contract process, including framework agreements, NDAs, and integration plans for new partners.
• Acting as a proactive advisor to internal stakeholders to identify future needs and ensure that the procurement strategy aligns with the business goals.
• Independently managing qualified and complex issues while coaching and ensuring the quality of work for more junior colleagues in the team.

This is a consulting solution that extends from February 2026 to December 2026. 100% on-site presence in Landskrona is a prerequisite for the role.

Responsibilities

• Drive and optimize the value and resilience of the supply chain.
• Monitor market dynamics affecting the availability and pricing of materials and services.
• Identify and qualify new suppliers in collaboration with quality and technology teams.
• Establish and drive processes for Supplier Relationship Management.
• Conduct supplier evaluations and initiate improvement projects as needed.
• Develop the supplier base with a focus on delivery reliability, quality, and total cost (TCO).
• Lead requests for proposals (RFQ) and procurements.
• Be responsible for contract writing, including NDAs, framework agreements, and general terms in line with business directives.
• Coordinate integration plans for suppliers together with internal customers.
• Independently manage difficult and complex issues.
• Coaching and reviewing work performed by less experienced colleagues.
• Act as a proactive partner to internal stakeholders to identify needs and market trends.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in economics, engineering, or equivalent.
• Solid experience in strategic purchasing (Senior level). Experience working independently with limited supervision.
• Fluent in both Swedish and English (mandatory).
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel). Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
• A pronounced team player with strong business acumen, an entrepreneurial mindset, and outstanding problem-solving skills.
• 100% on-site presence in Landskrona.
